The Forêt ancienne sector of the Parc régional des Grandes-Coulées is the perfect spot for the whole family. And yes, that includes your dog! You’ll be delighted by its 12 km of trails and its wide range of activities: hiking (gentle slope), trout fishing, biking and obstacle course. What’s more, you’re sure to have a great time with the on-site facilities: a dog park in the middle of the forest, three ready-to-camp sites, four rustic campsites, a shelter for overnight stays or rest breaks, two sites for small RVs and four ecological toilets at trailheads.

Discover the uniqueness of art foundry in Quebec’s bronze capital, Inverness. Did you know that this is the only town in Quebec to boast two private professional art foundries? As soon as you arrive in Inverness, head for the Musée du Bronze – Art Foundry Interpretation Centre to discover the exclusive exhibition Riopelle, le sculpteur, which highlights the sculptural work of Jean Paul Riopelle, exploring his inspirations and his relationships with other foundry artists and friends. Then explore the Galerie à ciel ouvert (open-air gallery) with its BaladoDécouverte (a mobile audio tour), featuring over 30 bronze sculptures and 10 points of heritage interest, all set in a bucolic setting.
