Located in Hébertville, Fromagerie l’Autre Versant is an artisanal farm cheese factory that is a certified ambassador of the Boreal Zone. It produces high-quality raw milk farm cheeses including Le Tremblay (soft cheese), Le Curé-Hébert (semi-soft cheese), and Le Cru du Canton (firm cheese) and sells whole farm milk and fresh cheddar curds and wheels.
