This activity offers kayak descents with full equipment, shuttle service, and safe supervision in a surprisingly unique rural-urban setting. There are two ways to paddle the river: a 4- or 8-km, self-guided descent with supervision, or an 8-km guided descent.
Perfect for visitors who want to paddle at their own pace, the supervised self-guided descent offers a choice between a 4-km route (about 2 hours) or an 8-km route (about 4 hours). There are multiple departures daily on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the summer. For a more immersive outing, the 8 km guided descent is led by guides and includes full equipment, shuttle service, as well as a light lunch with beverages.
